All Zero Viz Systems products are custom-made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of a defect or error on our part.

Custom-Made Products

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products:

  • All sales are final

  • Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun

  • Please carefully review all customization details before placing your order

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos showing the issue

Once the issue is verified, we will produce and ship a replacement item.

Replacements

  • Replacements are provided only for defects or errors

  • Refunds are not issued for defective items unless a replacement is not possible

  • Cosmetic variations inherent to the manufacturing process are not considered defects
