All Zero Viz Systems products are custom-made to order. Please review the shipping information below before placing an order.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and produced within 1–5 business days. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, customization details, or material availability. Production begins shortly after an order is placed and cannot be canceled once started.
Shipping Methods:
We ship orders via standard tracked shipping services. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship within the United States. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on carrier and location.
International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Shipping Delays:
Zero Viz Systems is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim when applicable.
